Mother Kombucha, a St. Petersburg beverage manufacturer, has entered a strategic partnership with Cascadia Managing Brands to aid its continued expansion throughout the Southeast.
As part of this agreement, Cascadia will also support the development and launch of a new product line in the second quarter of this year. Details on the product line were not disclosed.
“Cascadia has a wealth of experience building industry leading beverage brands which we will leverage to grow our flagship brand and launch our new products,” Tonya Donati, founder and managing partner of Mother Kombucha, said in a statement. “We look forward to working with Bob and Bill Sipper, and the rest of the Cascadia team, to achieve our mission of putting good back into the world through our healthy, low-sugar beverages.”
Kombucha is a fermented tea drink consumed for perceived health benefits.
Mother Kombucha is currently available in over 1,500 locations across Florida, the Southeast and New York including on Whole Foods and Publix Super Markets shelves. GrowFL named the brand one of the top 50 second-stage growth companies last August.
